Welcome to Frolicboonies Sustainable Entrepreneurship Camp, where youth aged 12 to 20 embark on an exciting journey of creativity, sustainability, and hands-on business experience. Set in the heart of a lush jungle, this immersive camp challenges young minds to develop innovative eco-friendly ideas, craft their own products, and market them to real customers. With no distractions from gadgets or screens, campers will engage in teamwork, problem solving, and adventure—while gaining essential business skills to kick-start their entrepreneurial journey. Whether it’s crafting sustainable goods, designing creative packaging, or selling to customers, this camp is the perfect launchpad for future entrepreneurs ! Practical, Hands-On Learning Through carefully curated activities, your child will gain knowledge and hands-on experience in sustainable entrepreneurship:

This is an absolutely fun camp for the business minded kids. Designed to introduce business to children and teens in a fun manner.

Children will practically learn to manufacture and sell products and services to end users
we teach them small business skills and practically make them earn some money which the children will enjoy

An outline of Activities that will happen during the Young entrepreneurs summer camp

Building with Lantana: Learn how to construct a mud house using Lantana, an invasive species. This project highlights the importance of sustainable material use and offers creative solutions to environmental issues. 

Eco-friendly Products Creation: Create a range of eco-friendly and herbal products, including herbal shampoo, mosquito repellent, room fresheners, and body moisturizers. Craft unique items like Lantana wood pen stands, birdhouses, keychains, and more. 

Supporting Local Communities: Learn about sourcing sustainable products from local farmers and tribal communities. Your child will have the opportunity to remarket honey, jackfruit jam, flavoured tea, pomelo squash, and other local goods with eco-friendly packaging and branding. 

Creative Branding & Marketing: Your child will develop skills in packaging, branding, and marketing. They will design creative product labels and prepare their items for sale. 

Marketing & Selling: Understand the basics of marketing and entrepreneurship. The camp culminates in setting up product stalls where participants will sell their creations to the public.

Theory Section of this camp will include the following topics

  • Profit and loss,
  • Fixing product prices,
  • Sourcing goods for business,
  • Branding,
  • Basic marketing methods,
  • How to save and invest etc etc

All this in a simple fun manner so that it is easy for children and teens to understand

On the last two days of the camp each child will put up his or her own stalls with creative branding, own logo, business name boards and sell his/her products and services directly to  tourist on the way to Ooty. Children will carry out their own business with people who will visit their stalls under the close guidance of our volunteers. This is going to be real fun summer camp activity and all children and teens are sure to enjoy

Along with learning business they will also enjoy fun activities like Kayaking, Stream fishing, Jungle safari, team building games, Etc
